The LEAD is an initiative of the Human Resource Development Ministry of the Church and its main focus is capacity development for individuals.
It is usually a 2-day program where entrepreneurs, job seekers and professionals are taken through series of presentations to improve their competencies and sustain their businesses. Over the past 5 years, The Lead has helped several businesses and careers. This year, we are working tirelessly to reach about 700 people in the course of the of the 2-day program.
