The reports were gathered due to leaks availed by top officials of the
20 teams that participated in the last season’s Nigerian Professional
League. We agree the reports are not from official sources and could
be different from what the players earn but the difference won’t
much.
It’s been noted that the arrival of the latest League
Management Company (LMC) chairman, Shehu Dikko has turned things around
in the system as there have been a continous flow of money into the
league, with players now earning as much as 800,000 Naira monthly
salaries.

05. Ikechukwu Ezenwa – Ifeanyi Ubah FC (N600,000)

The former Enyimba captain joined Kano Pillars last November where he is earning N800,000 monthly.
