Sour-sop is a wonder-working fruit found in the tropical regions of
the world. Around the world, it is known with different names such as
Graviola, Brazilianawpaw, custard apple, etc. It has a green-colored
exterior with pines all over it. The interior contains the creamy flesh
which is intermixed with thick black seeds. The delicious fruit in
recent times has been popular for its health benefits. As a matter of
fact, it is a wholly beneficial fruit in the sense that every part of it
has medicinal properties the roots, barks, stems, leaves, the pulp and
the seeds. The fruit itself is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins and
minerals.
